Copyright and Intellectual Property ©All photographs and videos on this website and those delivered to clients are the exclusive property of Vertigo Tuscany Wedding and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941).Vertigo Tuscany Wedding holds all copyrights for every image and film produced. The delivery of materials does not, in any way, imply the transfer of these rights. We reserve the right to use the photos and videos we create for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:Publication on our website and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo).Inclusion in our portfolio.Entry into photography and videography competitions.Publication in industry magazines, blogs, and other editorial platforms.Our clients' privacy is paramount. The use of images and videos for promotional purposes is always handled with the utmost respect and sensitivity, subject to the couple's agreement as specified in the service contract.

Usage License for Clients (The Couple)Our clients are granted a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs and videos.This means you are permitted to:✅ Download, print, and keep unlimited copies of the photos for personal use.✅ Share the photos and videos on your personal social media profiles, via email, or through messaging apps with friends and family.✅ Create personal photo albums and other printed products for yourselves, friends, and relatives.When sharing our work online, we kindly ask that you credit us by tagging our social media profiles (@VertigoTuscanyWedding or similar) or mentioning our website. This small gesture greatly helps us gain visibility for our art.

‍3. Strictly Prohibited UsesAny use not expressly granted in the personal license is considered prohibited. Specifically, you are not permitted to:❌ Edit, alter, or apply filters to the photographs or videos. This would compromise the stylistic integrity and quality of our work.❌ Sell or license the images/videos to any third party for any purpose.❌ Use the photos or videos for any commercial purposes whatsoever (e.g., advertising for other businesses, selling products, etc.).❌ Grant the images to third-party vendors (e.g., florists, venues, wedding planners) for their promotion without our prior written consent. Vendors interested in using our images must contact us directly to obtain a commercial license.❌ Submit the photos or videos to contests or publications without our explicit permission.
