My name is Francesco Cappello,
and I am a destination wedding videographer based in the heart of Tuscany.
My bond with visual storytelling began in childhood, fueled by an early passion for video and photography.
This innate curiosity led me to pursue professional training through specialized courses, laying the technical foundation for what would become my life’s work.
In 2007, I began my professional journey as an independent filmmaker, developing my craft within the Italian wedding photo and video industry.
Over the following years, this experience gradually evolved into the creation of the Vertigo Wedding Films project in 2014, marking the beginning of a long creative journey dedicated to destination weddings in Italy.
Over the following decade, the project grew as I collaborated with various talented professionals who eventually moved on to their own successful paths.
In 2025, I chose to evolve the project, returning to its roots while embracing a new, refined identity.
Today, I lead this vision solo, combining the original core values of the project with a contemporary, elevated approach to cinematic wedding filmmaking.

While Tuscany with its rolling vineyards and historic villas remains the soul of my project, my lens has captured stories across the most iconic Italian landscapes:
